Urlivo is operated by Licentico LTD. For self-serve purchases made through our checkout, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, customer service inquiries, and approved returns.

Urlivo is operated by Licentico LTD. These terms govern your access to and use of Urlivo and its related services.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
Allowed use
You may use the service to create and manage lawful short links. You must not use the platform for phishing, malware, spam, fraud, or unlawful content.
Service delivery
Urlivo is a software-delivered service. Standard plans are self-serve. For Custom or Enterprise customers, we may offer optional human-led onboarding, migration assistance, or account support.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or remove features to protect the platform or comply with the law.
Termination
We may disable links or suspend accounts that violate these terms, create abuse risk, or threaten the security of the service.
