Billing and Refund Policy
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and your chosen plan. For self-serve purchases, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record.
Upgrades and downgrades
Plan changes may affect link limits, analytics retention, and custom domain allowances. Existing data may remain but some features may be limited until you upgrade again.
Refund window
For self-serve Urlivo plans, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of a subscription renewal by contacting support@urlivo.com. Requests submitted after this period are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Custom and Enterprise plans
Custom or Enterprise plans, setup fees, and optional professional services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
